Mayfly & Co. is a full service stockist of high quality fly fishing tackle, flies, fly tying materials, clothing and rod building components for discriminating fly anglers. 

We are located at 350 ~ 352 Watertown Street (Route 16) in Newton, Massachusetts, about five miles west of Boston. We are about a mile from exit 17 on the Mass Pike.

Our finely stocked and expertly staffed store is dedicated solely to Northeastern Regional Trout, Salmon  and Steelhead Fly Fishing. 

We are a "retro" fly shop, dedicated to craftsmanship. Much of what we sell is made in the U.S.A., and most is from the Northeast and New England. 

We are open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 5pm.  

We don't try to be all things to all anglers. Our "fly fishing department" is the whole store.  Our selective and innovative inventory includes many products available nowhere else in Eastern Massachusetts.

Maine made HMH Vises have been the industry standard since 1975, Mayfly & Co. stocks the complete line. All accessories offered by HMH for their line of vises may be special ordered through the shop.

Mayfly & Co. also stocks fly treatments, cement, dubbing waxes and dressings by Loon Outdoors, Griff's and Wapsi. Tools from Griffin and Terra offer the tyer lots of choices.
